The Strategic Sourcing Coordinator I performs a variety of administrative tasks for the department, customers, and suppliers. Tasks include: statusing work & projects, reporting, research, filing, updating systems data, following up on open items, creating presentation documents, assisting with marketing campaigns, financial reconciliations, and other assigned duties.

We are looking for a candidate with strong, foundational administrative skills. Experience working in a sourcing environment is a plus, but not a hard requirement.
Must have:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both oral and written channels.
• Proficient in writing clear, concise, and accurate reports, presentations, and emails.
As Excel and Word are the primary software to be utilized, candidates should have an intermediate proficiency in both.
For Excel, they should be proficient with data entry, basic formulas, formatting, filtering, charts, pivot tables, data tools, mail merging, etc.
For Word, they should be proficient with document creation, text entry and edit, formatting, basic to advanced tables, columns, templates, etc.
