This team is responsible for managing regulatory information sharing requests and responses, reviewing subpoenas related to potential money laundering, and analyzing Investigative Referral Forms for indications of money laundering or terrorist financing. In addition to its core anti-money laundering (AML) responsibilities, the team also addresses fraud-related matters and conducts reviews involving Elder and Vulnerable Adult Financial Exploitation (EVAFE), including coordinating with Adult Protective Services when appropriate.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceTypically more than two years of applicable experiencePreferred Skills/Experience Intermediate knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of businessIntermediate understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controlsBasic knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competenciesStrong analytical, process facilitation and project management skillsEffective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentationsLocation expectations This role requires working from one of the U.S. Bank locations listed three (3) or more days per week.
