TS/SCI Cyber Operations PlannerInsight Global is actively hiring a TS/SCI Cyber Operations Planner to join our team supporting a newly awarded DISA program at Fort Meade, Maryland. The selected candidate will work on a team of planners with extensive, hands-on experience leading Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) or Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) within a Combatant Command, J35, or J5 directorate. Candidate should have a strong background creating and planning both near-term and long-term Cyber Plans for current and future operations; as well as have strong experience helping shape military policy, joint force operations, as well as contingency plans.Minimum job requirements include:Active TSSCIBachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 8+ years experience in Military or Policy Planning, Cyber Operations, Cyber Security, or similar discipline.Data-Centric Cyber Mindset to leverage data to inform strategic decisions, and analyze adversary behavior and current cyber tools to understand data flows and vulnerabilities.Experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), JPME, SAWS, JAWS, or equivalent.Comfortability working and briefing senior leadership.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. However we anticipate paying 175K - 200K as well as offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
