Global Security Organization (GSO) RoleThe Global Security Organization (GSO) plays an important role in delivering on client's "Duty of Care" to its employees, guests, and customers — while constantly embodying our values of Kind, Smart, and Creative. The Global Security team helps create a safe environment so that all of our team members around the world are empowered to do their best work, every day.Responsibilities:Ensure the protection of company staff, assets, and operations through diligent monitoring of access control and incident management systems and CCTVRapidly synthesize and assess information from multiple sources to support timely operational decision-making.Conduct continuous open source intelligence (OSINT) monitoring to identify, analyze, and report on potential risks, threats, and emerging trends.Leverage artificial intelligence and automated tools to support analytical tasks, enhance situational awareness, and improve operational efficiency.Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to share insights, escalate issues, and coordinate responses.Operate effectively in a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center environment, including working rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Accurately document and record security activities observed during assigned shifts, including incident escalations.Execute operational policies and procedures in compliance with company security standards.Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to support operational objectives.Exercise sound judgment and decision-making, demonstrating maturity, patience, and a clear, analytical interpretation of available information.Support ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by GSOC leadership.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge and familiarity with computers and security equipment, including but not limited to CCTV monitors, Milestone, Lenel, and Basic Life Safety systems.Basic understanding in incident response, crisis management, incident management, emergency response, and utilizing communication channels including Slack, Everbridge, Google suite, video calls and phone systems.Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operationExperience working in the security, medical, emergency services, law enforcement, military, or customer service industry is helpfulAbility to work comfortably in a team environment, as well as individuallyStrong time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail capabilitiesMinimum Required Qualifications:Some college coursework or equivalent professional experienceAbility to lift up to 20.5 lbs. to support emergency response or relocationAbility stay on your feet for extended periods to time for incident management or support to security operationsOn-site work at a company office location, at a minimum of five days per weekThe flexibility to attend meetings and training sessions as neededPreferred Qualifications:1+ years of experience working with access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident management technology in an GSOCPrior experience conducting analytical or intelligence-related work in a security, operations, or intelligence environmentKnowledge and familiarity with Milestone, Lenel, and Basic Life Safety systems.Experience using OSINT tools such as Dataminr, Everbridge, Ontic, GIS mapping software, etc.Benefits:Bee Talent Solutions offers a competitive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
