Duties:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program: Common Pleas Brief Description:
Under general supervision, provides customer service on behalf of the Clerk of Courts; assists public and performs various duties related to departmental operations. This position plays a key role in processing court-related financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with sensitive financial information in a fast-paced, public service environment.
Job Prerequisites:
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (A.A., B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from a two-year or four-year college or technical school required with coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; and, 12 - 18 months of experience and/or training in related field (bookkeeping, accounting, or financial recordkeeping) required. Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.

Additional Qualifications (Agency/Dept. Qualifications):

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Office products. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.Valid Driver's License. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Compensation:
Salary: Starting at $18-$22/hour (dependent upon experience)
