Purpose:

Coordinates training activities to include development of curriculum and delivery of job specific training to meet departmental initiatives.

Overview:

The Training Specialist supports Subject Matter Experts in the Customer Service Contact Center (CSCC) by coordinating and delivering effective training for new hires and existing employees. This role combines administrative coordination such as scheduling, presentation preparation, and record management-with hands-on instruction in systems like Motorola Radio, GIS mapping, IPS Asset Management, and Salesforce.

Pay Range:

$28.76 - $35.59 per hour

Position(s) will be filled at the following location:
