Hourly Range: $35.13 - $47.08
Bi-weekly : $2,810.40 - $3,766.40
Opening Date: December 29 , 2025
Closing Date : January 9, 2026
(9/80 Work Schedule with alternating Fridays off).
This position will serve as the primary contact for all applicants applying for housing assistance programs and the administration of rental assistance programs. The incumbent will perform technical and programmatic aspects, requiring the interpretation and application of regulations, policies, and procedures to determine the eligibility of program services, ensuring accurate processing of data, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience likely to provide the required core competencies may be considered. A typical combination that is qualifying may include:
- An associate degree with coursework in liberal arts, humanities, social work, business, public administration, or related fields.
- Two (2) years of responsible experience providing direct client services including caseload management functions with an assisted housing or other social services program and customer service.
- A bachelor’s degree is desirable.
- Bilingual skills are desired but not required.

- Detail Oriented - conduct regular and interim reexaminations; evaluate tenant eligibility for moves; determine reasonable rents; and process HAP contracts and rent adjustments.

- Self-motivator - responds to inquiries from the public, provides information or referrals, online portal assistance, and other activities.
- Driven and Energetic -ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
