Job Location: This position will be located at 736 Business 13, Lexington, MO, but can be can be flexible within the Region 4 boundary.

This is a leadership position in the Section of Home and Community Based Services responsible for managing a regional workforce of HCBS professionals responsible for responding to referrals for intake and assessment of the elderly and disabled adult population. This manager is a part of the HCBS Management Team that reports directly to the HCBS Field Operations Bureau Chief. Extensive experience is needed in Home and Community Based Services and managing people. Exceptional skills needed in regards to communication, collaboration/networking, policy interpretation, training, and motivation. Must have attributes: team-focus, big-picture thinking, critical thought, & open-mindedness. This Regional Manager position will provide significant input into the direction of Home and Community Based Services in Missouri.
