Description
Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Jefferson City.

This position may be eligible for hybrid schedule after a successful onboarding period and will be required to be in office a minumum of two days per week if approved.
- Serves as an office manager directing a variety of support functions or services.
- Responds to inquiries either written or verbal from internal and external stakeholders, customers, vendors, and the public regarding agency matters; investigates and recommends action to resolve customer concerns.
- Responsible for purchasing and ordering from vendors; approving invoices; reviewing for accuracy and entering into a fiscal tracking system.
- Performs fixed asset management functions, including tracking physical inventory and obtaining and disposing (surplus) of inventory.
- Tracking expenditures for various items through different funding sources.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - One or more years of experience as a Administrative Support Assistant with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
- Four or more years of office or related clerical experience; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage confidential, sensitive, high-priority or time-sensitive information.
- High level of accuracy in written and verbal communication and ability to manage competing priorities, including the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- High levels of initiative and discernment are required.
- Above average computer skills (Microsoft Office, Webex, and online survey platforms) are needed.
- Possesses strong communication and organization skills.
