ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT - TRANSPORTATION - ST. LOUIS
DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE
Location - Wainwright Building, 111 North 7 th Street, St. Louis, Missouri
Salary: $38,149.68

THE INDIVIDUAL IN THIS POSTION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
This position provides administrative support for attorneys handling violations of driver licensing and motor vehicle statutes. Duties include case initiation, case updates, case dispositions and close outs in the department’s case management system. The employee will work closely with Jefferson City Office staff as well as with staff in the Driver’s License Bureau and Motor Vehicle Bureau.
DUTIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Identifying and processing incoming legal mail and faxes
E-filing legal documents with the courts
Coordinating trial dates with courts and law enforcement
Obtaining documents for use in court
Organizing and maintaining the legal file
Case updates
Closing legal files in case management system
Answering and directing phone calls
Working closely with Jefferson City office to coordinate legal files
Willingness to follow instructions from attorneys and fellow staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in office setting, preferably a legal setting
Detail oriented and have good organization skills
Ability to multitask
Good communication skills
