Associate Customer Service Representative (FCB Nexus)

Location: Truman Building - 301 West High Street, Jefferson City, MO

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative call-center environment, have a Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. work schedule, and enjoy an excellent benefits package. You’ll gain a sense of satisfaction knowing that you are assisting fellow Missourians with their tax accounts.

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

• Communicate with Department customers utilizing multiple computer systems
• Verify business tax compliance and issue appropriate documentation when requested
• Establish payment plan agreements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency
• Experience in clerical or related work, with a strong familiarity and commitment to customer service.
• Experience with data entry
• Reliable and motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accurately handle a high volume of calls
