This position will be located at the Lewis and Clark State Office Building, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO. 65102. The hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Provide technical assistance to division personnel in reviewing budget data and forms for accuracy.
- Coordinate the department’s budget request to the Governor’s Office.
- Direct and approve processing of orders, expense accounts, out-of-state travel requests, invoices, purchase requests, and monitor for compliance with rules and regulations.
- Provide fiscal note support for the division.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the department’s intranet, including forms.
- Maintain emergency contact information for the Division of Administrative Support and department Director’s Office.
- Timekeeper for the Division of Administrative Support and department Director’s Office. Review reports to ensure time was entered correctly and enter corrections into the statewide accounting system.
- Provide clerical support for the division.
- Act as back up to the division executive assistant.

Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)

Salary:
$40,128.00-$49,416.00 per Year
