Description

We're hiring a resourceful and tech savvy employee to be our Technical Support Technician Sr in the Technology and Innovation (T&I) division! You'll be providing evaluation, installation, maintenance, and support for all aspects of the respective information technology hardware platform and software in the department. By using your excellent customer service skill, you'll be ensuring the Library is running smoothly. If you're ready to deliver outstanding results, then this job may be for you!

This position is assigned a workspace in Library Administration located in the same building as the Lakewood Library. This position is eligible for some remote work and will travel to all library locations. This is a hybrid position that does require working onsite in Lakewood, Colorado with assignments at other locations within Jefferson County Colorado. Applicants in or near Jefferson County or the Denver Metro area will be prioritized. The successful candidate must reside in Colorado by the beginning of employment.

Description:

Hiring Range: $24.78 - $30.98 per hour.





Required - The candidate must reside in Colorado at or before the beginning of employment.

Preferred - Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator or related experience

Preferred - Two years experience computer support in a multi-vendor environment consisting of both hardware and software administration.

Preferred - ITIL Foundations certification

Preferred - 1 year experience in a help desk or call center environment.
