Pay Range: $54,879 to $71,343/annually

Workdays & Hours: FLSA Exempt position. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Hybrid on-site work model available upon successful completion of initial probation; Some evening/weekend work required.

The Code Compliance Department is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to serve as the team lead for the department's Human Resource Coordinator (HRC). This position will oversee routine administrative and technical tasks to support daily operations, act as a liaison within the department, and manage special projects as needed.

We are looking for a critical thinker who can quickly adapt to changing situations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in payroll processing, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
