Housing Maintenance Supervisor. The position is scheduled to work 5 days, 8 hours.

Who we are The City of Chandler Public Housing Authority is administered by Housing and Redevelopment, which oversees and manages Public Housing units and the Housing Choice Voucher: Section 8 program.
Housing and Redevelopment also operates and links to other supportive services for those living in affordable and federally subsidized housing programs. Our primary focus is to provide affordable rental housing for low-income households. On occasion, we develop, operate or link to other affordable housing opportunities.
Who we are looking for Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for someone who will supervise staff and participate in semi-skilled to skilled preventative maintenance and repair of the City's public housing.

Minimum qualifications - A High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience in building and facilities management
- A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
This is a regular full-time position, subject to a 6-month probationary period. A register of qualified candidates will be active for 4 months should another position become available.
The City of Chandler will conduct a pre-employment driving record check as a condition of employment. An offer of employment is contingent upon acceptable results. All applicants hired will be required to be fingerprinted with successful results as a condition of continued employment.
