MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of technical support experience
• Driver's License

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision, provides first-level technical support for City employees for (IT); maintains computer hardware, software, and specialty equipment.
