Description

Manages accessibility compliance programs, provides accessibility-related training to Metro employees, and establishes and strengthens relationships with community groups to promote Metro's accessibility services and to receive vital feedback from the community, ensuring that Metro is meeting accessibility requirements and complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations for Metro's transportation systems and facilities used by persons with disabilities.
