Environmental Utilities is Roseville’s service provider for water, wastewater, waste services, recycled water and stormwater services for residential, commercial and industrial customers. Having all services under one integrated utility service allows the City to be innovative and cost efficient because it can manage all utilities in coordination, and partner to create synergies amongst all utility services. The Environmental Utilities Director, appointed by and serving at the will of the City Manager, plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Roseville’s utilities. Responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and budgeting, the Director collaborates with external agencies, key stakeholders, and regional partners. The City is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive leader. The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge and vision to address and create investment strategy for future challenges and issues while maintaining a customer-service focus.
The annual salary range for the Environmental Utilities Director is $199,872 - $267,848; placement within this range is dependent on qualifications and experience.
