General Description and Classification Standards:

The Department of Watershed Management (DWM) Sr. Management Analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in all things operationally driven for the organization. As our department deals with large data sets, a lot depends on the Analyst’s ability to glean meaningful insights through performance measuring, metric (KPIs) application, and the strategic interpretation of operational data turning it into useful information that that the organizations can employ in making critical decision and designing strategic plans. Thus, you must have a combination of technical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, as you are expected to engage and collaborate with other organization professionals to progress key business initiatives forward.

Supervision Received:

This position receives guidance regarding overall mission, short and long-term objectives, scheduling, unusual priorities, and is expected to structure their workday to accomplish established goals for self. This is a G.22 level position which can function as individual contributor, team lead, project lead, or supervisor given the conditional needs of the organization.
