Location: Boardman, OHSchedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMSouthwoods Health is hiring an Entry-Level Quality Incentive (QI) Program Specialist. In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and maximizing incentive reimbursements. You will provide hands‑on support to providers and clinical staff to ensure all care plan goals and program performance thresholds are met.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination: Assist in the execution of Quality Incentive Program requirements and reimbursement strategies.Provider Support: Work directly with healthcare providers to track performance thresholds and ensure care coordination meets all QI criteria.Patient Outcomes: Participate in team‑based initiatives to impact patient population health and achieve specific care plan goals.Data Oversight: Maintain accurate documentation to help the facility reach maximum incentive potential.QualificationsEducation/Experience: Prior healthcare experience OR a degree in a related field (Health Administration, Medical Assisting, etc.).Medical Knowledge: Proficiency in Medical Terminology is required.Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Professionalism: A commitment to the Southwoods mission of providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.Why Southwoods?At Southwoods, it's not just about the treatment, but how you're treated. #SWH#J-18808-Ljbffr
