Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking.A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged.Security Clearance:Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.Job RequirementsDescription:Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and upload targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis.Develops daily target nomination packets, create database records, and database target intelligence products.The Targeting Analyst will produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements.Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.Desired Experience8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years.Desired EducationBachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Desired education/training: successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, the Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course.Location:Prescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded as a counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) company in 2008.
