Our fire technicians are responsible for professionally packing, inventorying, and preparing a customer's household contents for transport. Then the restoration process begins using either our state-of-the-art ultra sonic cleaners or one of several hand cleaning techniques to restore the valuables to pre-loss condition. If you have a strong attention to detail, care for customer belongings, enjoy working on a team and are looking for a satisfying job, then it's time to join our team!Key Responsibilities:Perform in-home pack-outs of household contents due to fire, water, smoke, or mold restoration projectsCarefully pack, label, and inventory customer belongings following company and insurance guidelinesUse proper packing materials and techniques to prevent damage during transport and storageLoad and unload contents safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate inventory documentation and photos as requiredCommunicate respectfully and professionally with homeowners, tenants, and team membersFollow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usageKeep work areas clean, organized, and secureRepresent Rainbow Restoration with integrity, professionalism, and care at all timesWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceOn-the-job training and advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOpportunity to help customers during difficult situationsCompensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
