Job Description:

Incumbent will provide acquisition support to IWS 6, the Command and Control Program Office within the PEO for Integrated Warfare Systems. Specific responsibilities include tracking resources associated with the installation and integration of IWS 6 systems aboard Navy ship platforms, either as part of new construction or as part of modernization efforts.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • 0-3 years professional experience
  • Ability to manage customer data-calls
  • Preparation, execution, and after-action follow-up large meetings and briefings
  • Fully conversant in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc.)
  • Exceptional written and oral skills
  • Preferred: Familiarity and experience with the Navy's processes for ship modernization and management of Government-furnished equipment (GFE)

Degree Requirements:

  • HS / GED required; 4-yr Bachelor's degree preferred

Must be a U.S. citizen

A secret security clearance

SECRET clearance is required

Position is based in Washington DC, with the opportunity to work remotely as much as 50%
