Summary
Securitas seeks an Armed Special Police Officer to provide professional, highly visible protective services at client sites. Responsibilities
- Provide armed security presence at client sites to protect people, property, and assets
- Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas via patrols and surveillance systems
- Enforce access control, visitor management, and site security procedures
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations, de-escalating when possible
- Conduct incident assessments, preserve scenes, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed
- Prepare clear incident, activity, and daily reports
- Perform bag checks, vehicle inspections, and perimeter checks per client policy
- Support emergency response, evacuations, and safety drills
- Maintain weapon proficiency, required qualifications, and equipment readiness
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service aligned with Securitas standards
