Summary
As a Sourcing Intern – Costing Analytics, you will help identify and communicate analytics related to optimizing private brand cost of goods.What You'll DoConduct analysis, derive insights and collaborate with various stakeholdersManage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, develop charts and create visual presentations that support strategic decision-makingUtilize analytics tools to analyze spend and costing data, identifying opportunities for spend optimization and cost reduction (e.g., regression analysis, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit analysis)Extract key insights from analyses, synthesizing large amounts of data to identify trends and their implications for sourcing strategyProvide analysis to inform insights and reporting findings, and utilize analyses to prepare the sourcing team for critical vendor negotiations and company decision-making initiativesAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredUndergraduate Junior in Science, Finance or other quantitative-related fieldPassion and curiosity for data and analysisProficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate analysis into actionable insightsPreferredMath MajorFinance MajorStatistics MajorEngineering MajorExperience with Tableau/Qlik#J-18808-Ljbffr
