GENERAL INFORMATION:
LACERA is seeking a well-qualified individual to fill a position in the Human Resources Division, Disability Management Compliance Unit, at the level of Senior Human Resources Analyst, LACERA.

FILING DATES:
The application filing period will begin on Thursday, April 2, 2026. This transfer opportunity will remain open until the needs of LACERA are met and may close without prior notice.

VACANCY INFORMATION:
This transfer opportunity is located at LACERA's Offices at 300 North Lake Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91011-4199.

WORK SCHEDULE:
This full-time position is required to work 40 hours a week. LACERA offers a hybrid work environment.

EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Disability Management and Compliance Unit: Under general supervision, performs complex, professional human resources work with a high degree of independence and judgment in the areas of workers’ compensation, disability management, return-to-work coordination, and protected leave administration, including FMLA, CFRA, and Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL). Provides expert consultation to management, supervisors, and employees; interprets and applies federal, state, and County regulations; and serves as a subject-matter expert within the Human Resources Division and throughout LACERA for management and staff members.

REQUIREMENTS:
Permanent LACERA, Superior Court or County of Los Angeles employees who have successfully passed their initial probationary period and hold the payroll title of a comparable item at the level of Senior Human Resources Analyst, LACERA, performing similar work at an equivalent salary and complexity in accordance with Civil Service Rule 15. Comparable items include Administrative Services Manager I and Senior Human Resources Analyst (Superior Court).
