Summary

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Signature Reduction SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLCResponsibilitiesAssists and conducts signature reduction planning, coordination, briefings, discussions, oversight and associated product development.Works directly with assigned units and multi-echeloned joint staff in performance of duties.Assists with integration of signature reduction plans to support and enable mission requirements. Product development includes but is not limited to concepts of operation, plans and deployment orders, reporting requirements, concepts of support, information papers and assessments.Assists in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.Required QualificationsKnowledge of signature reduction plans to support and enable mission requirements. Product development includes but is not limited to concepts of operation, plans and deployment orders, reporting requirements, concepts of support, information papers and assessmentsBachelor or Masters DegreeMinimum of 12 Years of ExperienceStrong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsN/ASecurity Clearance RequirementsActive Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibilityPhysical RequirementsN/ADisclaimer: The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
