Summary
Mayvin is seeking a Curriculum Developer to assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package (TSP) for engagement operators within an internet-based program on MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This role conducts analysis of training requirements and designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. The Curriculum Developer incorporates authoritative changes, best practice changes, emerging technologies, and proscribed systems into the TSP. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance.ResponsibilitiesDesign instructionally valid training materials , relevant to the program in accordance with the DOW guidelines/TM/JP and other relevant documentsConduct research of the curricula to determine what materials and resources should be added or adapted to meet learning objectivesEnsure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plansInteract with customer and program leadership to ensure instructional content is current, comprehensive and meets the program needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
