Robin Kelly For Senate: Events Manager
Robin Kelly For Senate is searching for an Events Manager for the 2026 election cycle to assist with Congresswoman Kelly's fundraising program. This is a mid-level position based in Chicago, IL and will report to the Finance Director.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Finance Director and the in-state finance team to plan, execute, and manage campaign fundraising events
- Recruit and manage event hosts, committees, and attendees
- Track event revenue, expenses, and performance
- Oversee event logistics from planning to execution
- Manage donor and host relationships
- Create event invitations and ActBlue pages
- Staff events, including evenings and weekends
- Travel statewide for events
- Other duties as assigned, which may grow throughout the cycle
Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented and passionate about Robin Kelly's Senate campaign
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, flexible for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Numero, NGP, ActBlue, and call time software required
- Valid driver's license and car required
- Cell phone and laptop required
- Minimum one cycle of finance experience required
Salary: $4,500-$6,000 per month based on experience and qualifications
