Position: HUMINT Targeting Specialist LCAT: Mid Location: DIA HQ, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, DC Shift work: No Required clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examRequired experience/degree: Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree Description Use targeting and analytical expertise to directly improve critical operational outcomes for defense mission clients.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience with HUMINT targetingExperience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIXExperience writing CablesKnowledge of the DoW and wider IC * Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook.Desired QualificationsExperience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive levelExperience with specialized training such as SIGINT or Open-Source ResearchExperience navigating complex mission sets with both DoW and non-DoW Federal Departments and AgenciesKnowledge of the INDOPACOM AORABOUT NALLEY CONSULTINGNalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions.
