Navanti seeks experienced AirDefense Artillery (14G) professionals to serve as instructors within the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), 30th ADA Brigade at Fort Sill. Instructors will deliver technically rigorous, government-approved instruction for the 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator course, ensuring soldier readiness across AMD C4I and divisional air defense systems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction using Government-approved POIs and lesson plans.
• Train students on AMD C4I systems (FAAD, Sentinel Radar, AMDPCS, ADAM Cell).
• Teach Divisional Air Defense systems: FAAD EO, AMDWS, TAIS, ADSI.
• Provide instruction on operational procedures, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and power systems.
• Administer and evaluate tests; provide retraining as needed.

Secondary Duties:

• Update lesson plans, student materials, and tests within 24 hours of Government-directed changes.
• Conduct instructional analysis and integrate new systems/software.
• Ensure all materials are =95% accurate and TRADOC 350-70 compliant.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of the 14G MOS qualified course.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the 14G ADA MOS.
• Active SECRET clearance at time of hire.
• Proof of qualifications (DD214, ERB/ORB, Certificate of Completion) within 14 days of award.

Certification Requirements:

• Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Support Course (within 90 days).
• Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
• 14G10 Instructor Course Certification.
