Summary
Position: Eligibility Interviewer – Government Programs
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $60–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for eligibility interviewing within government assistance programs.
- Develop, review, and annotate realistic eligibility interview data for AI training.
- Design workflows, question sets, and case studies reflecting real-world eligibility scenarios.
- Label and organize documentation related to eligibility decisions and compliance.
- Identify edge cases and nuances to improve the quality and diversity of AI training data.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as an Eligibility Interviewer or in a similar government programs role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create clear, structured, and accurate documentation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing complex information.
- Commitment to data confidentiality, privacy, and ethical standards.
