Summary

Position: Eligibility Interviewer – Government Programs

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for eligibility interviewing within government assistance programs.
  • Develop, review, and annotate realistic eligibility interview data for AI training.
  • Design workflows, question sets, and case studies reflecting real-world eligibility scenarios.
  • Label and organize documentation related to eligibility decisions and compliance.
  • Identify edge cases and nuances to improve the quality and diversity of AI training data.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience as an Eligibility Interviewer or in a similar government programs role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to create clear, structured, and accurate documentation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing complex information.
  • Commitment to data confidentiality, privacy, and ethical standards.
