DescriptionThis position is contingent upon contract award Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional as a Navy Information Warfare Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide specialized technical, analytical, and instructional support to develop doctrine, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and deliver advanced tactical training across designated Navy Information Warfare mission areas.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct overall Site management and leadership of assigned teamAssist in development, validation, standardization, and revision of no more than 5 concept of operations (CONOPS)/doctrine/TTP per year.Ensure Information Warfare doctrine/TTP are in alignment with joint and naval strategies/concepts/doctrineProvide environment, capabilities and mission analyses for advanced IW training events across all phases of the Fleet Training Continuum and Optimized Fleet Response PlanSupport continuous assessment of Information Warfare training effectiveness and required operational capability readiness to address capability and capacity gaps, and provide recommendations for systems, training and process improvementIdentify/update/refine unit and staff level training requirements metrics for Information Warfare readiness assessmentsAssist in review of individual and Fleet training to ensure synchronization with established policy, doctrine/TTPsProvide Information Warfare advanced training at the individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels, supporting the Fleet Training Continuum and Optimized Fleet Response PlanProvide expertise, assistance, management support functions and training for real time Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training support to the Fleet and ensure synchronization with established doctrine/TTPsAs directed, provide expertise, assistance, management support functions and training for real time Fleet supportPrepare briefings, white papers and other documents requiredRequirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 22 years in one or more of the Fleet/Navy IW mission areas, including but not limited to Electronic Warfare, Cryptology, Command and Control, Space Operations, and Intelligence; At least ten (10) years of this experience must have been performed within the last 12 years.Ability to provide technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignmentsAbility to establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.Demonstrated domain and expert technical knowledge, directing and controlling activities for Navy Information ForcesAbility to perform and execute financial, project, and staffing management to ensure that technical requirements are met.Ability to interface with military staff and senior management, where their decision-making and domain knowledge will have a critical impact on overall project implementation.Experience producing finished IW products (assessments, reports, briefings) utilizing domain production standards.Knowledge of Navy IW operations doctrine, strategy, and policy applicable to Fleet missionsAbility to analyze complex technical content and translate it into clear, sequenced tasks aligned to performance objectives.Ability to evaluate individual and unit performance objectively, provide constructive feedback, and identify remediation requirements.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills supporting technical, operational, and leadership audiencesDesired QualificationsOperational experience in a joint environment integrating IW capabilities with joint forcesOperational experience supporting deployed, contingency, or combatant command (CCMD) intelligence requirementsEducation RequirementsMasters degree in STEM, Space, Intelligence Studies, Operations Research, Operations Management, International Relations, Global Security, or National Security StudiesClearance Level: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret / SCI Clearance#J-18808-Ljbffr
