Job Summary
Performs professional-level work involving the planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the Division's assets. Manages assets to minimize the total cost of owning and operating them. Work involves evaluating the Division's goals and objectives and understanding the business needs to facilitate recommendations in the realm of asset management and all that it entails. Develops processes and procedures to capture information for complex decision making in optimizing the lifespan of assets. Will also include administer the Division's CMMS software. Work is performed under the general direction of the Business Operations Manager with latitude for individual initiative and judgment; performance is reviewed through meetings, reports, and results obtained.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, or related field and three (3) years experience reporting/analyzing data using Computerized Maintenance Management software and two (2) years supervisory or lead work experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Selected applicants may be required to complete a Data Analyst Exam.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
