Job Description
Assist with maintaining files, data entry, scans and copies documents as needed. Provides professional and courteous assistance to both internal and external customers. Receives and distributes correspondence for the department. Collects mail, transports documents to other offices. Provides general support and assistance to the staff. Maintains confidentiality and security of documents and data.
Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1 year job related work experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials.
- Valid Driver License.
Starting salary: $15.30 per hour, up to 29 hours per week
Closing date: Upon filling position
