We’re seeking a hands-on, flexible, and collaborative leader with a "can-do" attitude to support our Administrative Services team. In this role, you’ll supervise and perform a variety of crucial facilities maintenance, custodial services, and mail/cargo delivery activities across multiple sites in Santa Barbara County. Requirements / QualificationsEducation: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of trade school courses or apprenticeship in one or more building trades preferred Experience: Three years of increasingly responsible experience in building maintenance and custodial work, including at least one year of experience as a leadworker; journey level experience in one or more building trades preferred. Experience in delivery of mail, packages, or cargo is desirable.

Comments and Other InformationCompensation: $100,656.00 - $116,016.00 (salary step increase upon successful completion of probationary period). Exceptional health benefits (with an option that is no cost to the employee) and a defined-benefit pension plan (California Public Employees’ Retirement System). Schedule & Shift Differential Acknowledgment Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Santa Maria) Shift Differential: Because the majority of regularly scheduled hours for this position are worked after 1:30 PM, it is eligible for an additional 5% shift differential above base salary.
