Position DescriptionPerforms coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

- Follows TTUS and TTUHSC Operating, Information Technology and Safety Policies, completing all training as required.
- Supports finance and administrative functions of the IA Department.
- Executes the TTUHSC gift acknowledgment process, ensuring all donor communications are accurate, timely, and professionally delivered.
- Serve as liaison with Institutional Advancement and will be knowledgeable in Xtender, Banner and Anthology.
- Coordinates holiday gift initiatives for the Office of the President and External Relations, including planning, tracking, and distribution.
- Support the Stewardship Engagement Manager in maintaining timely stewardship materials.
- Supports frontline fundraising staff by maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor portfolios within the database.
- Assist the AVP of Institutional Advancement in the execution of Annual Appeals.
- Support the Director of Alumni in managing projects and engagement initiatives.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
